Role Overview
We're seeking a mid‑level professional with approximately 3–5 years' relevant experience to manage Malaysian corporate secretarial matters and help modernise our workflows. You will be mentored by the founders and will have the opportunity to recruit and supervise junior staff. Once established locally, you'll gain exposure to overseas clients (Singapore, UAE, China).
Key Responsibilities
Handle end‑to‑end corporate secretarial duties for Malaysian entities: incorporations, share transactions, board/AGM documentation, statutory registers and SSM filings.
Maintain accurate digital records and advocate for technology‑enabled process improvements.
