Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist

The
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Analyst
is responsible for maintaining relationships with CSR partners and non-government organizations. Manages volunteering initiatives and ensures proper implementation of CSR programs by coordinating with support departments in the company.

Functional Responsibilities

1. Manages volunteering initiatives (monthly and annual TELUS Days of Giving) and ensures proper implementation by:

a. Implementing and updating of corporate volunteering guidelines

b. Monitoring, recording and assistance in evaluation for volunteering activities

c. Coordinating with Finance and external stakeholders on logistical needs for volunteer activities

1. Collaborates with Account POCs to ensure proper implementation of programs

2. Creates and implements employee giving/ donation activities to drive employee CSR engagement
