Are you a Corporate Solicitor with between four and seven years’ PQE and looking to move to an innovative, award-winning boutique firm in London?
We are working with this firm to find the next addition to their successful corporate team who focus on start-up and scale-up entrepreneurial businesses. Due to steady year on year growth, they are looking to appoint an Associate level lawyer who will have experience in the following.
 

M&A transactions acting on buy side and sell side

Funding rounds, including negotiating areas such as share vesting and leaver provisions

Shareholders’ agreements

Corporate reorganisations and restructures

Joint ventures
