Wine Sommelier – Corporate Training & Development

Wine Adore is looking for a skilled Sommelier to act as key role in team development, wine education, and operational excellence. This role is perfect for someone passionate about wine education and eager to elevate both team capabilities and customer experience strategically.

Key Responsibilities

• Wine training for internal team ( Conduct short, effective on-site training sessions and wine demonstrations)
  
• Assisting with wine portfolio curation (profiles, tasting notes, and food pairing best practices)
  
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure product understanding aligns with company goals
  
• Office admin tasks related to wine operations
  

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  
• Preferably WSET Level 3 certified
