Role Overview:
The Development Manager leads JCPAC's fundraising, sponsorship, and stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure financial sustainability and community support.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute fundraising strategies including grants, donations, and sponsorships.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and partners.
Manage donor database, reporting, and stewardship.
Write compelling proposals and manage sponsorship deliverables.
Collaborate with marketing and programming teams to align messaging and impact reporting.
Organise donor recognition events and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
Degree in Arts Management, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
Proven track record in fundraising, corporate partnerships, or donor relations.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Experience in the arts or non-profit sector preferred.
