Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Service Coordination: Plan and schedule maintenance services with vendors for the bank’s facilities, including apartment and disaster recovery (DR) site.
• Fixed Assets Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintain tracking for fixed assets to ensure compliance and proper maintenance.
• Building Management Coordination: Coordinate with building management for necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Directory and Supplies Management: Regularly update and maintain the bank’s phone directory for accurate contact information while ensuring an adequate stock of stationery and pantry supplies. This includes verifying invoices and providing procurement support by sourcing vendors, evaluating quotations, and making recommendations.
