Corporate Tax Manager

Based in Faversham, Kent, we're supporting a highly respected, well established and fast growing firm of chartered accountants who are recruiting for a Corporate Tax Manager to join their experienced and very successful tax team. You will work across both reviewing compliance and providing advisory services to a mixed portfolio of owner managed businesses across Kent, and the South East. A large proportion of the position can be moulded around the right candidates but your primary responsibilities will be to: Assisting with tax advisory work including EIS and share schemes Helping with Mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations and tax due diligence Preparation of R&D tax relief claims Preparing corporation tax computations and returns for larger, more complex companies/groups Overseeing and reviewing the more basic corporation tax compliance function to ensure deadlines are met Supervision of more junior members of staff Requirements You will be any of ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA/ STEP qualified, or...
