Corporate Technology Support Engineer.

We are looking for outstanding candidates to join our Corporate Technology Support team. As a Support Engineer, you will focus heavily on day-to-day application support functions within the firm including Treasury, Middle Office, Operations, Finance and Compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring production stability and providing world class support to our users. In addition, you will have an opportunity work on various automation projects as well as exposure to our efforts to increase our capabilities in the cloud (primarily AWS). You will be working very closely with development team to ensure that the environment is stable, resilient, and new features and functionality is delivered in a timely fashion.

You will quickly become a subject matter expert in the applications that you own and support. The expectations are that you will understand the applications from a technical perspective as well as a business perspective.
