Corporate Travel Advisor – Direct Travel (Canada, Remote)

Join Direct Travel as a Corporate Travel Advisor and play a key role in planning cost‑effective, compliant travel for our clients while leveraging corporate contracts and preferred suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Complete domestic and international travel arrangements, including air, hotel, ground transportation, rail, and limos.
• Support multiple client accounts and interact directly with travelers and travel arrangers.
• Provide first‑level customer service for technical issues and ensure compliance with the Direct Travel policy.
• Adhere to Direct Travel standards for customer service, telephone and email etiquette, and escalation procedures.
• Follow company procedures, use tools, and meet productivity and accuracy standards.
