What you'll be doing
Manage all incoming calls from corporate clients, providing expert advice and assistance on travel arrangements
Arrange and book flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and other travel services to meet client needs
Provide detailed itineraries and travel documents to clients in a timely manner
Handle changes, cancellations, and other modifications to travel plans with efficiency and care
Offer recommendations on the most cost-effective and convenient travel options
Maintain comprehensive records of all client transactions and communications
