Corporate Travel Service Representative with GDS

Description

The Corporate Travel Service Representative is responsible for managing travel arrangements for corporate clients using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

• Handle corporate travel bookings including flights, hotels, and itinerary changes
• Use GDS tools to manage reservations, rebooking's, and cancellations
• Assist clients with travel inquiries, policies, and special requests
• Provide accurate and timely solutions while delivering excellent customer service
• Document transactions and maintain updated records
• Meet service quality and performance targets

Requirements

• At least 2 years GDS experience
• Less than 2 years subject for Operations approval
• High School Graduate old curriculum or ALS Graduate
• Amenable to work onsite in McKinley Taguig
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Strong English communication skills
