Corporate/Financial Lawyer (M/F)

In this role, your daily activities will involve handling a diverse portfolio of client files, including international and local corporations, private equity houses, real estate investors, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs. Reporting to the Partner overseeing the department, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assist and advise clients on corporate and / or financial transactions (corporate restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, migrations, joint ventures…)
- Draft and review agreements and transactional documents
- Follow-up on client requests and take part in client meetings or conference calls
- Ensure legal monitoring on Corporate / Financial matters and conduct legal researches
- Be part of a team and work in close cooperation with the other team members.
