Corrective Maintenance Engineer

1. Basic Function



Manages the safe, efficient and economical repairs of down equipment of the company and continuously assess and develop improvement in the standard work procedures and processes.



2. Duties and Responsibilities



a) Supervises the safe, efficient and economical repairs of down equipment.

b) Assists his men in troubleshooting the defects of the down units.

c) Coordinates with the Equipment Maintenance Planners the spare parts and supplies needed and utilized for the repair of the down units.

d) Implements standard work procedures, safety rules and regulations and company policies in his charge.

e) Conducts toolbox meeting among his charge.

f) Conducts regular performance appraisal of his men.

g) Records the daily accomplishment of his Section.

h) Prepares and submit Monthly Accomplishment Report to his immediate supervisor.
