Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, this seniorleadership role is an integral part of the business and is all about peopleleadership and driving continuous improvement. Your experience intransforming behaviour by driving positive change will be highly regarded, aswill exposure to a fast paced, high-volume production/manufacturing environment(Ideally Packaging or FMCG). Ultimately, we are looking for someone whois dynamic and thrives on the challenge of improving team performance, whilstchallenging the status quo to improve overall production and quality.
