Job Description

Our Business Services Team provides strategic support with business-processing and technical support to the underwriting team (Latin America –Specialties, Engineering, Property and Casualty).
We are a dynamic and diverse team, with a high level of collaboration, challenged by constant interaction and coordination with internal and external customers.

We are accountable to organize and work with detailed source documents following procedures and focusing on the assurance of data entry and quality in systems and tools used for risk clearance, create submissions, and control costing.

About the role:
Modify, update, and process changes in applicable tools, systems (Manhattan), and documents, as needed.

Follow established performance standards and metrics applicable to the business unit supported.

High competency with process guidelines and applicable tools and systems.
