As a Supply Chain Planner at Cosmetica Laboratories, you will handle all aspects of customer orders, from initial requests to final shipments. Your role will involve creating production plans in our ERP system and ensuring accuracy in deliveries. By mitigating delivery risks and enhancing communication with internal teams, you will significantly impact our clients' satisfaction and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer order revisions and cancellations

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
