COSMETOLOGY Instructor for Summer School

LOCATION: Career & Technical Education – Albany Campus @ 886 Watervliet Shaker Road

BASIC FUNCTION:

Cosmetology program offers students the opportunity to learn and practice procedures and skills that will lead to acquiring a license and employment opportunities. It is a two-year program with post-graduate summer course to provide an opportunity for students to complete 120 hours of study needed to meet the 1,000 hour state licensing requirement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ The classroom instructor will teach the competencies and skills needed to pass the New York State practical and written licensing exams through a program that meets the state required 1,000 hours of instruction and 125 hours internship.
