Cost Accountant

JOB OBJECTIVES:

Provide support to the Sr. Cost Accountant and serve as an understudy in case of promotion or resignation of the former.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises cost analysts handling various profit and cost centers.
• Reviews and validates cost-related transactions and production data.
• Assists in period-end closing and ensures data accuracy and completeness.
• Ensures proper cost allocation and prepares P&L reports per cost center.
• Supports annual budget preparation and performs other assigned tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Education: Bachelor's Degree – Accountancy or related field.

· Experience: At least 2 years of experience in cost analysis or accounting.

· Others:

1. Good in written and verbal communication.

2. System knowledge and familiarity.

3. Flexible, team player, can relate with others, good presentation skills.
