Cost Accountant

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor and analyze production costs in the commissary (raw materials, labor, overhead).
• Prepare accurate cost reports, variance analyses, and cost summaries for management.
• Track inventory movements, purchases, and usage to optimize cost control.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Finance to improve cost efficiency.
• Maintain and update cost accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
• Reconcile cost variances and support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide actionable insights to enhance profitability and support growth strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• With cost accounting, inventory control, or manufacturing experience (preferably in F&B).
