Cost Accountant - Steel Industry

RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Cost Accountant to join their team in Pretoria, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting processes and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the steel or manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities:

• Manage raw material procurement cost analysis
• Oversee production costing and maintain accurate bill of materials
• Perform detailed sales costing and profitability analysis
• Support operational efficiency through cost control initiatives

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a cost accounting role
• Strong understanding of production and bill of materials
• Experience with raw material procurement and sales costing
• Industry experience in steel or manufacturing is advantageous

• Salary: negotiable
