Job Summary

The Cost Accounting Assistant is responsible for managing and verifying transportation-related expenses (bilti/bilities), coordinating with transporters and internal departments, ensuring compliance with agreed rates, and updating financial records in SAP. The role supports accurate cost tracking and timely settlement of transporter accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain agreements with all transporters and Addas.
• Collect bilities from the Sales Department and directly from customers.
• Analyze customer bilities and prepare detailed expense reports.
• Verify transportation expenses as per signed agreements.
• Coordinate with customers regarding overcharges or additional expenses.
