cost accounting assistant

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must be graduate of BS Accountancy or Any business related course
• With or without experience
• Passionate and hardworking
• Good in communication both oral and written
• Proficient in using MS Application ( Word, excel and PPT)
• Organized, analytical; keen to details with high accuracy level; with sense of urgency

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible in preparation of Property, Plant & Equipment report, process depreciation and make necessary Journal entries
• Tagging of PPE & conduct annual physical count within or outside FEAP.
• Prepare summary & graph of PPE purchase. Compare budget vs actual, monthly comparison then check details of increase & decrease.
• Monitor investment plan schedule and other related reports.
• Checking of scrap disposal slip (SDS) and Fixed Asset Movement Form (FAMF).
