Position: Cost Accounting Assistant
Location: Brgy. Halayhay, Tanza, Cavite

Job Responsibilities:

Handles stock movement report of FG-Vismin warehouses. Act as a checker for outbound deliveries and transfer of stocks to ACSI and Vismin. Encode and summarize sales volume for frozen products, and billing manpower agency and merchandizers.

Qualifications:

• Assigned as checker during load-out of outbound deliveries, stocks transfer in ACSI & Vismin warehouses, RTV's from customer and witness the disposal of scrap/waste materials from production area.
• Summarize sales volume for delivered frozen products and house sales products.
• Maintain monthly Stock Movement Report per Vismin warehouse of finished goods inventory.
• Coordinate with Vismin warehouse custodian for the reconciliation of inventory variances.
