Cost Accounting Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Cost Accounting Manager to lead cost accounting activities across multiple manufacturing sites in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is suited for a hands-on finance leader who can strengthen reporting accuracy, guide plant-level decision-making, and build consistency in standard costing practices. The successful candidate will combine strong manufacturing accounting expertise with the ability to partner effectively with operations and senior leadership.
