Cost Accounting Manager

We are looking for a Cost Accounting Manager to join our Colors team in Lerma, Mexico. This role offers the opportunity to lead key cost accounting processes, partner with operations, and drive accuracy, control, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, international environment.
What you’ll do:
Lead and oversee standard costing processes, including maintaining cost structures, manufacturing routes, and bills of materials
Manage and develop a small team, providing guidance, supervision, and performance support
Analyze and control cost variances, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions
Partner with operations and supply chain teams to monitor cost changes, including raw material price fluctuations and production impacts
