Cost Accounting Manager

Description We are looking for a Cost Accounting Manager to lead cost accounting activities and strengthen financial visibility for manufacturing operations in Reading, Pennsylvania. This role partners closely with operations, engineering, and commercial teams to improve inventory accuracy, support informed decision-making, and deliver reliable reporting on product and plant performance. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in standard cost accounting, variance analysis, and manufacturing finance, along with the ability to guide a team and drive continuous improvement.
