Cost Accounting Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for leading the cost accounting team in a manufacturing facility, ensuring accurate cost reporting, analyzing variances, and providing financial insights to improve efficiency and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and develop cost accounting staff.
• Oversee cost reports, allocations, and inventory valuation.
• Monitor variances and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with standards.
• Provide financial analysis to guide management decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 2+ years cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Strong ERP (SAP/Oracle) and Excel skills.
