Cost accounting supervisor

Job Summary

The Cost Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cost accounting functions of the organization, ensuring accurate product costing, variance analysis, and financial reporting. This role supervises a team of cost accountants, monitors production costs, and supports management in budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
