Cost Accounting Supervisor

Job Brief: Cost Accounting is responsible for analysing, monitoring, and reporting manufacturing costs to support operational efficiency, accurate inventory valuation, and informed business decisions. This role works closely with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure cost accuracy, standard cost maintenance, and variance analysis within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and analyze standard costs for raw materials, labor and overhead
• Perform cost variance analysis (material, labor, overhead, usage, and volume) and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and review manufacturing cost reports, margin analysis, and inventory valuation
• Support month-end and year-end close and finished goods reconciliation
• Monitor and analyse bill of materials and routings for accuracy
