Cost Analyst

Job Responsibilities
Cost accounting management
• Lead, mentor, and develop the costing team to ensure high performance and compliance with corporate requirements.
• Manage and execute the Company's actual costing process, including the calculation and analysis of material costs and finished goods inventory.
• Perform month-end closing activities related to costing including WIP settlement, variance analysis and final cost runs.
• Maintain standard cost, performing annual/ quarterly cost rolls and comparing actual costs to standard costs to identify key drivers of variances.
Inventory and valuation
• Ensure the accurate valuation of raw materials, WIP and finished goods inventory.
• Analyze and track inventory movements, obsolescence and reserves.
• Conduct and oversee the physical inventory count process and reconcile any discrepancies with the SAP system records.
