PURPOSE

The Cost Control Associate supports the Finance Department by monitoring and controlling all food, beverage, and operational costs within the hotel/resort. This role ensures the accuracy of cost allocations, assists in budget monitoring, and helps maintain financial efficiency through consistent tracking, reporting, and analysis of inventory and purchasing data.

1. Specific Functions
   Cost Monitoring & Control

2. Ensure accurate and timely tracking of food, beverage, and other departmental costs.

3. Identify and report on cost variances compared to budgets and forecasts.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

5. Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records.
