Cost Control Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and reviews all date entry in System/ monitoring.
• Assists in the preparation of Agreed Budget.
• Gathers and verifies actual costs and reconciles with the accounting cost.
• Coordinates with Planning Engineer and Quantity Engineer on progress accomplishments of activities.
• Prepares cost to complete.
• Initiates project cost review with PMT.
• Checks and records all payables.
• Records all variances on agreed budget (savings and overruns).
• Prepared Cost Evaluation Reports.
• Accountable for accurate analysis on variances and cost reports.
• Supporting procurement operations.
• Participating the meetings with subcontractors.
• All other technical office works.
• Establishing and controlling budgets
• Preparing Variation Order Proposal
• Reports directly to Cost Control and IPC Manager.
• Other related tasks that may be assigne...
