Cost Control Engineer

The Cost Control Engineer supports the Cost Control Head by reviewing and validating Work Execution Plans (WEP), estimates, and billings, ensuring all contractor submissions are complete, accurate, and aligned with company standards. The role analyzes costs, quantities, and variances; converts raw data into clear summaries and reports for quick decision-making; coordinates with contractors for clarifications and corrections; maintains organized records; and contributes to process improvements, templates, and cost databases to enhance efficiency and consistency in cost control operations.

The candidate must be a licensed Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer and a technical member of Philippine Institute of Certified Quantity Surveyors (PICQS), with at least 2 years of experience in both Quantity Surveying and Contract Preparation/Administration.
