Cost Control Officer

JOB SCOPE:

• Monitor, analyze, and safeguard all operational costs across Golf Operations (F&B, Pro Shop, Maintenance, etc.), ensuring strict adherence to all established cost control procedures.
• Maintain full responsibility for dry goods and beverage storeroom operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, inventory turnover, and monitoring par levels.
• Verify procurement/inventory documentation, validate theoretical versus actual costs, resolve variances through inter-departmental coordination (Operations, Procurement, F&B), and assist the Director of Finance with month-end reporting and compliance.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Cost Control, Inventory Management, or F&B Costing, preferably within the hospitality or leisure industry.
