Responsibilities – Cost Controlling:

• Responsible for purchasing and cost controlling of hotel purchases. Find the best price for the best goods.
• Responsible for all inventories and annual inventories in the hotel.
• Oversee goods receipt and issue, control bookings and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
• Create cost analyses and target‑actual comparisons, identify savings opportunities and raise the operating result.
• Ensure operational stock is restocked daily.
