Zirconia Inc is seeking a talented and experienced Cost Controller to join our dynamic finance team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in our company's financial planning and analysis, ensuring the accurate tracking and reporting of our costs across all business operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and maintaining robust cost accounting systems to track, analyze and report on all operational costs
2. Preparing detailed cost reports and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making
3. Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
4. Collaborating with department heads to forecast and monitor budgets
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and financial regulations
6. Providing expert guidance and training to colleagues on cost control best practices
