Cost Engineer

We are looking for a precision-oriented Cost Engineer to lead the financial planning and monitoring of our upcoming LGU infrastructure projects. You will be the gatekeeper of our project budgets, ensuring every peso is accounted for from groundbreaking to turnover.

What You'll Do

Budget Preparation: Create detailed Program of Works (POW) and Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for roads, bridges, and public facilities.

Procurement Support: Ensure all costing aligns with RA 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act).

Cost Monitoring: Track labor, equipment rentals, and material costs against the baseline to prevent overruns.

Vetting & Analysis: Review change orders and Extra Work requests to ensure they are technically and financially sound.

What You Bring

License: Registered Civil Engineer (preferred).

Expertise: 3+ years in Philippine construction estimating or project controls.
