Cost Engineer

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree Civil Engineering.
• Must be a licensed professional.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cost engineering in a construction setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Takes the lead in the preparation, monitoring and reconciliation of change orders and additional works.
• Assists Contract Administrator in preparation and computation/negotiation of claims.
• Prepares Cost Evaluation Reports.
• Gathers and verifies actual costs and reconciles with the accounting costs.
