Cost Engineer

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Cost Estimator with strong exposure to MECHANICAL WORKS and AIRCONDITIONING INSTALLATION. The role covers both pre-construction cost estimation and active site management during project execution. This position is critical for mechanical, HVAC, and VRF projects where accurate costing and proper on-site implementation are equally important.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cost Estimation – Mechanical & Airconditioning Works

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and pricing breakdowns for mechanical and airconditioning systems
• Estimate costs for VRF systems, split-type units, ducting, piping, insulation, controls, and accessories
• Develop project budgets and cost plans for mechanical and HVAC works
• Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs specific to airconditioning installation
