Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years experience in estimating, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Proficient in estimating software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostOS, or similar).
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
