As a Cost Estimator, you will play a critical role in our project lifecycle, ensuring that our bids are competitive, our budgets are realistic, and our projects remain financially viable from inception to completion.

• Design & Construct (D&C)
• Early Contractor Involvement (ECI)
• Pre-Construction budgets
• Capital Works (lobby upgrades, base building upgrades, EOT works, amenities)
• Office fit outs, Commercial asset repositioning projects (interiors)
• Industrial refurbishments and upgrades
• Retail precinct upgrades
• Restoration & heritage works
