Purpose of the Role

Calculate and estimate cost for Electrical & Engineering tender projects. Bidding on or determining the price of electrical/industrial tenders/projects. This role is crucial in determining project feasibility, preparing competitive bids, and ensuring profitability.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• ECSA Membership or Member of a Proposals Professional Body
  (Advantage)

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of formal estimating experience on industrial electrical projects.
• 3 years' Experience in reading and analysing requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for quotation (RFQs).
• Experience in reading and analysing technical requirements and drawings.
