Job Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for fire protection projects, covering materials, labour, and subcontractor costs
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify scope and cost factors
• Assess project risks and incorporate appropriate cost contingencies
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and quantity surveyors to ensure alignment of estimates with project requirements
• Monitor market pricing trends and supplier quotations to maintain competitive and accurate costing

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
