Job Summary

The Cost Estimator is responsible for analyzing project plans, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects. This role supports management in budgeting, bidding, and cost control to ensure projects are completed within approved financial limits.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, plans, and specifications
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns
• Analyze vendor quotations and subcontractor proposals
