Role Description:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Assist in reviewing tender drawings, including architectural, civil and services documentation, to identify key scope items and project-specific requirements
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for nominated trades.
• Value-engineer where possible to optimise project margins.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates by analysing plans, specifications and subcontractor pricing;
• Ensure assigned budget components are accurately prices, clearly documented and aligned with tender assumptions;
• Support the coordination of subcontractor pricing to check scope alignment and identify exclusions or inconsistencies for escalation.
