The Cost Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and buildable cost estimates for signage and printnig projects. The role bridges design intent, construction drawings, materials, and execution reality, ensuring projects are priced correctly while protecting company margins.
This role directly impacts profitability, risk management, and project success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cost Estimation & Pricing
Prepare detailed cost estimates for signage projects based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Conduct quantity take-offs for materials, fabrication, installation, and logistics
- Price signage types including facade signs, wayfinding systems, illuminated signs, and custom features
Develop cost breakdowns aligned with company pricing standards
Drawing & Scope Review
Review design and construction drawings for completeness and buildability
