The Role:
As a Cost Estimator , you will be responsible for preparing and managing accurate cost estimates for luxury high-rise developments, working closely with project teams to ensure the projects are completed within budget. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the construction process, materials, and costs, specifically for high-rise residential buildings, and the ability to forecast and mitigate potential risks.
