- Analyze project plans, specs, and documents
- Estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and services
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering)
- 2+ years of experience in cost estimation
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Procore, PlanSwift)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
