JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Cost Estimator with strong exposure to MECHANICAL WORKS and AIRCONDITIONING INSTALLATION. The role covers both pre-construction cost estimation and active site management during project execution. This position is critical for mechanical, HVAC, and VRF projects where accurate costing and proper on-site implementation are equally important.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cost Estimation – Mechanical & Air Conditioning Works
Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and pricing breakdowns for mechanical and air conditioning systems
Estimate costs for VRF systems, split-type units, ducting, piping, insulation, controls, and accessories
Develop project budgets and cost plans for mechanical and HVAC works
Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs specific to air conditioning installation
