Cost & Inventory Data Analyst (Power BI)

• Analyze raw material cost variances and impact on plant results
• Monitor inventory controls (E&O, cycle counts, adjustments, physical inventory)
• Review items with zero cost and follow up on issues
• Support month-end close (US & Mexico) for cost/inventory
• Prepare and analyze US Recon and balance sheet accounts
• Update standard costs and routings for year-end processes
• Prepare productivity and scrap reports; align with QA
• Support audits and provide required financial information
• Develop cost analysis for new products and business cases
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• 3+ years of experience in cost or inventory accounting
• Experience with audits and financial analysis
• Knowledge of Power BI, AI tools or Power Automate is a plus
